Tucked away in the scenic hills of Tunbridge Vermont,

 we are craft brewing  in a building that was previously used for washing wool.   We are starting on a one-barrel Ruby Street Pilot System, and in the future will expand to a twin ten barrel system with a mix of 10 and 20 bbl fermentation vessels.  

The Brews 

Each of our core beers will showcase one of the primary ingredients in beer (yeast, hops, malts) in the form of a seasonal saison beer, a hop-forward beer,  and a Milk Stout.    Our First Drop APA is available across the state of Vermont and is now in cans. 


We are roasting our own beans to add to some brews and developing  non-alcoholic cold brew coffee products sold under the trade name First Branch Coffee . Our beans are sourced ethically from trusted importers.  Our cold brew was a big hit this summer at music festivals and currently on tap at a few local establishments.  

A coffee shop/tasting room will be opening in 2017.
